Coaching starts at a 3 month minimum with 2 X 60 minute calls per month, ongoing messaging for support, access to my training app for following a movement plan and personalised monthly practises for personal development and connection to your body and intuition.
Over three months, we'll work together to recalibrate the following:
Body | Movement
Every body is different, and your movement and training should reflect that. I provide personalised programming with a holistic lens to help you build a training routine that works with your energy and your body, not against it.
Together, we'll prioritise a performance based approach and build habits that leave you feeling energised and empowered and not burnt out. The physical transformation will follow.
Mind | Perspective
This is where we explore what's really holding you back and begin removing the glass ceiling you've placed upon yourself around what you believe you're deserving of.
We'll work on your self worth, belief systems, and define your values so you can make decisions for your life from a calm and centered place, instead of one from stress, other-thinking or overwhelm.
Learning how to shift your perspective and mindset can change your life.
Energy | Connection
This is where it gets exciting. I’ll help you deepen your connection to your intuition, and reconnect with your own unique gifts. Emotions not being processed? That’s going to store in your body, so let’s explore ways to listen, feel and shift that energy. You'll learn practical ways to stay grounded so that when life throws unexpected challenges your way, you can remain steady, calm and clear.
I'll help you reconnect with your body's wisdom so you can hear your intuition loud and clear.
